I. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of Users necessary for the provision of electronic services through the website www.ix-chart.com (hereinafter: the Website) are collected, processed, and stored.
The Website collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered.
Personal data collected through the Website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR), and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

V. Period of Personal Data Processing

where the basis is consent – until it is withdrawn, and after withdrawal until the expiration of claims.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims related to periodic services and business activities – 3 years (unless a special provision states otherwise).
VI. Sharing of Personal Data
Personal data of Users may be shared with: entities affiliated with the Controller, subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Controller, e.g. companies providing e-payment services, courier/postal service providers, law firms.
User data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. User Rights
The User of the Website has the right to: access their personal data, rectify them, delete them, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

The Controller will fulfill or refuse the request without undue delay – no later than within one month of receipt.
The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
